Tri-Syn Metering Dispense Unit
SPECIFICATIONS
Description:
The Tobin Tri-Syn machine utilizes an electric motor driven cam shaft
to drive six metering pistons (three for the iso and three for the polyol)
using the same proven technology as that of the Dub-L-Bar metering unit
to provide continuous flow. One piston for each component is arrayed
120 degrees apart on the cam shaft so that pulsing is eliminated. Mix
ratio is variable. Output is up to 60 lbs/minute at a 1:1 mix ratio.
An enhanced heat package can be added for the processing of hot pour
urethanes, such as MOCA systems.
Specifications:
• Up to 1.5” diameter metering pistons depending on output
and ratio required
• Adjustable dispense rate to 60 lbs/minute at 1:1 ratio
• Variable ratio from 1:1 to 10:1
• Shot size from 1 gram to 120 grams
• Maximum material viscosity of 30,000 cps
• Will meter and mix filled materials (Calcium carbonate, microballoons,
ATH, etc.)
• Accurate metering and shot size to 1/10 of a gram
• Aluminum or disposable dynamic mixers available
• Components circulate back to the day tanks when not dispensing

on-the-fly
