TOBIN fixed ratio meter/mix/dispense equipment can be provided in a number of fixed volume ratio configurations using a DC motor driven dynamic mixer or off-the-shelf static mixer tubes. The material components can be supplied directly from elevated drums, tanks or a variety of sizes of optional heated and insulated day tanks. Maximum output of 20 lbs/minute can be achieved at a 1:1 fixed volume ratio of low viscosity polyurethane or epoxy. This equipment will meter, mix and dispense urethanes or epoxies that have been filled with a variety of different fillers, including calcium carbonate, barium sulfate, micro balloons and other inert fillers.

Mixers
• Disposable plastic dynamic mixer for dispense rates up to 10 lbs/min
• Aluminum dynamic mixer for dispense rates up to 20 lbs/min
• Dynamic mixer tubes sized for output and material viscosity and mix characteristics
Tankage
• Direct feed and return to elevated 55 gallon drums.
• Direct feed and return to customer supplied tanks.
• Direct feed and return from TOBIN supplied heated and insulated day tanks. Sizes vary from 1 gallon, 2 gallon, 6 gallon, 30 gallon, 80 gallon and 150 gallon. Agitators for day tanks are optional.
Stroke volume control
• Threaded adjustor rod to limit stroke length to control shot output volume, or.
• Pre-sized stroke blocks with limited adjustability to control shot output volume. Blocks are placed into a machined slot to provide uniform measured shot volume.

Standard equipment packages

Package 1: Approximate 10 lbs/minute maximum output with two 1.0” diameter metering cylinders, adjustable stroke control, DC motor driven dynamic disposable plastic mixers, pressurized air/solvent flush.
Package 2: Approximate 20 lbs/minute maximum output with two 1.5” diameter metering cylinders, adjustable stroke control, DC motor driven dynamic aluminum mixer, pressurized air/solvent flush
Package 3: Approximate 20 lbs/minute maximum output with two 1.5” diameter metering cylinders, adjustable stroke control, static mixer manifold and tubes, pressurized air/solvent flush
Package 4: Approximately 35 lbs/minute maximum output with two 2” diameter metering cylinders, adjustable stroke control, static mixer manifold and tubes, pressurized air/solvent flush.

Packages 1 and 2 can be provided with air motors in place of the DC motors.

All equipment packages include a pump head heater for the check valve block, an air control system with a regulator and filter, a control box and electrical box, a mounting stand with caster wheels.

Optional Equipment:
• Heated, insulated day tanks
• Agitators for day tanks to provide uniform temperature and to keep components homogenous.
• Stroke counters. Allows for uniform dispense volumes when multiple shots are required to fill a mold.
• Heated supply hoses.
