SPECIFICATIONS:

• Up to 1.5” diameter metering pistons depending on output and ratio required
• Adjustable dispense rate to 40 lbs/minute at 1:1 ratio
• Variable ratio from 1:1 to 10:1
• Shot size from 1 gram to 120 grams
• Maximum material viscosity of 30,000 cps
• Will meter and mix filled materials (Calcium carbonate, microballoons, ATH, etc.)
• Accurate metering and shot size to 1/10 of a gram
• Aluminum or disposable dynamic mixers available
• Components circulate back to the day tanks when not dispensing

• Adjustable flow rate dial – flow rate can be adjusted on-the-fly
