Dub-L-Bar Bench Model EM-1500 Series Variable Ratio Meter/Mix Dispenser

The Tobin Dub-L-Bar EM-1500 series is designed specifically for accurate, trouble-free processing of flexible or rigid polyurethane elastomers or epoxy compounds. With the addition of an optional nucleation injector, polyurethane flexible and rigid foams can be metered, mixed and dispensed. The equipment is noted for simplicity, dependability, versatility and ease of maintenance.
The equipment allows ratio adjustments of 20:1 to 1:20. It is ideal for making repetitive measured shots of urethane or can be operated in a continuous dispense mode for filling large molds.
The positive displacement metering cylinders assure accurate metering and repeatability. The equipment will handle filled urethanes with viscosities up to 30,000 cps.

SPECIFICATIONS:

• 4” diameter 4” stroke air motor drive
• 1.5” to 5/8” diameter material metering pistons
• Ratio from 1:1 to 20:1
• Shot size from 5 grams to 240 grams
• Adjustable dispense rate to 20 lbs per minute. Maximum output is determined by available air pressure and volume, material component ratios and material viscosities.
• Maximum material viscosity of 30,000 cps.
• Will meter and mix filled materials (Calcium carbonate, micro balloons, ATH, etc.)
• Accurate metering and shot size to 1/10 of a gram
• Disposable mixing cartridge – no solvent flush required for output up to 13 lbs/min
• High turbulence electric motor-driven throughput aluminum mixers –solvent flush
• Mixer motor can be air driven or electric
• Portable stand with casters
• Remote control box
