Bench-top Meter/Mix Dispenser

SPECIFICATIONS

• 3” diameter 4” stroke air motor drive
• 1” to 5/8” diameter material metering pistons
• Variable ratio from 1:1 to 10:1
• Shot size from 5 grams to 120 grams
• Adjustable dispense rate to 10 lbs per minute. Maximum output is determined by available air pressure and volume, material component ratios and material viscosities.
• Maximum material viscosity of 30,000 cps.
• Will meter and mix filled materials (Calcium carbonate, microballoons, ATH, etc.)
• Accurate metering and shot size to 1/10 of a gram
• Disposable mixing cartridge – no solvent flush required
• Variety of mix head configurations available
• Mixer motor can be air driven or electric
• Remote control box
