TOBIN MANUFACTURING designs and manufactures meter, mix and dispense machines using positive displacement piston rod metering pumps feeding dynamic, static or impingement mixers for processing temperature controlled or hot cast urethane elastomers, urethane foams or epoxies.  Tobin also provides spare parts, helix mixers, mix heads and service for DECKER foam machines.

TOBIN not only offers installation, training, service and parts for equipment it manufactures, we also offer service and spare parts for certain other manufacturer’s polyurethane processing machines as well and at very favorable prices. Tobin uses only high quality materials which are machined to exacting specifications. 

TOBIN manufactures a line of low pressure day tanks of various capacities including 1, 5, 10, 15, 30 and 80 gallons. High pressure and vacuum tanks can be provided for special processing requirements. Tanks can be configured to provide heating and/or chilled water cooling along with air, electric or magnetic driven agitators.

Non toxic, non hazardous cleaning liquids are available for flushing mechanical mix heads along with surfactants to use in water purge systems and specialty solvent for cleaning difficult to remove hardened urethane on tools or mixers.
