RotoKam technology is based on a variable speed DC motor and gear reducer connected to and rotating a drive shaft. A single cam attached to the shaft operates the positive displacement piston pumps. With the accompanying disposable, plastic dynamic mixer it is suitable for pouring or injecting mixed polyurethane into molds for making shot sizes up to 110 cc in one pump stroke. At 60 RPM and 1:1 mix ratio the max flow rate of the Model 2F is 6 liters per min. Two additional metering cylinders can be added to double the output.
