Fixed Ratio Ratio is generally fixed at 1:1 by volume but can be customized depending on the specific material to be pumped. Our most economical meter/mix/dispense system. Will handle filled or unfilled systems. A solvent flush tank is standard. It uses either proprietary disposable dynamic mixers or aluminum mixers. |

Dub-L-Flow An electric motor driven cam drives 4 metering cylinders (2 for each component) to provide output at a 1:1 ratio of 30 lbs per minute. The machine is suited for high output applications in either closed or open molds. The component ratio is variable. A variety of mix head configurations are available. |

Tri-Syn An electric motor-driven cam drives 6 metering cylinders (3 for each component) to provide output at a 1:1 ratio of 40 lbs/minute. When fitted with a heat/insulation package, this machine has been used to meter/mix/dispense pre-polymer urethanes requiring elevated temperature processing. |

Heated Rotary Mold Table This table rotates multiple molds through a heat tunnel to provide mold process control for high production molding. The tables are available in 8 and 12 foot diameters. Automation and integration with Tobin meter/mix/dispense systems is available. A mold cooling, hub mounted chilled water distribution manifold can be provided in place of the heat tunnel. |

RotoKam 2F Hand Held The Tobin RotoKam FR is a fixed ratio urethane meter/mix/dispense machine with variable output up to 14.5 lbs/min @ 60 RPM at a 1:1 ratio. The machine uses the proprietary electric motor powered RotoKam technology. A remote trigger operated handle containing the dispense tubing allows the operator to start/stop the machine while controlling the pouring of the mixed reactive resin into the mold. |
